ACHIEVEMENT IN JOB MARKET OF THE GRADUATES OF ZF JU

The objective of my work has been to find out the achievements in the job market of the graduates at the Agricultural Faculty of South Bohemia University in České Budějovice who graduated in the years 2001 and 2002. This whole research has been drawn up to be able to find out how these young people evaluate their study at this faculty, especially their transition from school to the business world. They also evaluated whether the brach they had studied provided them with enough qualification to be successful in the job market.

Technological unemployment

(in English): Will robotisation lead to unemployment? What will be the society-wide impact of automation? Will it affect the economy? And what is the general macroeconomic and microeconomic context of such developments? These and many other questions are asked throughout this thesis. On the next 70 or so pages, a detailed overview of changes connected with robotics revolution is provided, while the primary topic is the issue of technological unemployment. Based on the study of historical evidence, there is a proposition pronounced on a qualitative difference between current technology and earlier technological milestones consisting in the ability of the machines to substitute not only routine manual work but the non-routine cognitive tasks as well. This hypothesis is then being developed and analysed through a more detailed examination of the fundamental differences of robotics and the current technological foundation of industry and services. The method employed is a critical analysis of other authors' works, thanks to which it was possible to present impressive results such as the list of probabilities of automating a wide spectrum of jobs in the course of the next few decades based on an extrapolation of the current level of progress in machine learning and data mining. Experiences of clients of the aftercare centers in Prague with employment at the job market

Background: There are many researches on the topic of employing (ex) drug users in abroad, but a little works in the Czech Republic. Its pioneers did not aim specifically to describe a group of clients of aftercare centers who are most closely to the working process. Aims: In cooperation with three Prague aftercare centers (Drop In, Magdaléna, SANANIM) and Work and social agency SANANIM to map and describe job experiences of their clients on the job market. Next aim is to create a typology of clients in the aftercare centers according to their current un/employment. Complex of recommendations how to prevent mistakes at the job market was suggested. Methods: Quantitative and qualitative research methods were used to data collection - a questionnaire to map experiences of clients at the job market and interviews for detailed description of client types. Data analysis was carried out by open cosiny and descriptive statistics. All the ethical questions were kept. Sample: Basic population was created by all current clients of aftercare centers in Prague. It was necessary to fulfil these criteria: to be current client of some of the centers, to have at least one contact with the job market during the aftercare programme and to give an agreement with attendance in the study. Analysis of employability of the Adult Education and Personnel Management graduates at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague

The thesis is focused on the issues of employability of Adult education and Personnel Management students of the Faculty of Arts of Charles University on job market. It provides insight into employability of graduates in general; it pays attention to concepts related to employability; it deals with changes of university education system and different approaches to adult education and personnel management; it describes work roles of andragogy graduates and human resources officers. Empiric research which is carried out through questionnaires is dedicated to confirmation of the influence of selected factors on employabilty of Adult education and Personnel Management students. Furthemore, the thesis addresses issues such as monthly income and work positions and roles the graduates take most frequently.
